Saara Aalto performed three songs in the 2018 Uuden Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) national selection and the song that came out on top with the juries and the public was Monsters!
The three songs in the selection were –

Domino
Queens
Monsters is composed by Saara Aalto, Joy Deb, Linnea Deb, Ki Fitzgerald. Joy and Linnea wrote the winning song for Sweden, Heroes, for Måns Zelmerlöw at the 2015 Eurovision Song Contest.
The interval act was Melanie C from the Spice Girls and she performed her solo worldwide hit and UK number one from 2001 I Turn To You.
Saara has participated twice before in the Finnish national selections and in 2016 she went all the way to the final of the UK X Factor.

Eleni Foureira has revealed her song that will represent Cyprus at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest. The song is entitled Fuego. It is a stylish and upbeat dance number with a strong production.
Fuego is composed by Alex Papaconstantinou, Geraldo Sandell, Anderz Wrethov, Viktor Svensson and Didrick.
Eleni was chosen internally by the broadcaster CyBC.
Waylon has chosen Outlaw In ‘Em to be his song that will represent The Netherlands at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal in May.
Over the last few days Waylon has revealed five songs and advised that one of them would be the Eurovision entry. The songs will be on his forthcoming album. All the tracks were recorded in Nashville, USA and the country influence can be heard throughout.
Waylon was one half of the Common Linnets who finished in second place for The Netherlands at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest in Denmark with Calm After The Storm.

Sevak Khanagyan has won the Depi Evratesil national selection and will represent Armenia at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal in May. He won with the song Qami with the voting a combination of jury and public votes.
DoReDos have been selected to represent Moldova at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with their song My Lucky Day. They won the 2018 O melodie pentru Europa national selection beating off another 15 songs.

Mélovin has won the national selection in Ukraine and will therefore represent them at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with his song Under The Ladder.

Lea Sirk has won the EMA national final and will represent Slovenia with her song Hvala, ne (Thank you, no) at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Portugal in May.
