Seán Patrick Michael Sherrard (born 13 May 1954), better known by his stage name Johnny Logan, is an Irish singer and composer. He is known as being the only performer to have won the Eurovision Song Contest twice, in 1980 (with What’s another year) and 1987 (with Hold me now). He also composed the winning song in 1992 which is Why me.
EN ENDA MORGEN – ELISABETH ANDREASSON
Elisabeth Gunilla Andreassen (born 28 March 1958), also known as just Bettan, is a Norwegian-Swedish singer who has finished both first and second in the Eurovision Song Contest. We feature her today as the 16th artist in our project where we focus on Eurovision stars with covers of NON EUROVISION songs. Elisabeth recorded the song ANGEL OF THE MORNING of Juice Newton. Morten Thomassen informed ESC Covers that she recorded it in Swedish, and it is called EN ENDA MORGEN.

Unfortunately we lost all 7 posts we did yesterday due to a systems error and now busy re-doing all of them. Such a pity we lost the post of FABRIZIO FANIELLO. Anyway he is part of our series where we look at Eurovision stars who have covered NON EUROVISION SONGS.
TAKE ME HOME COUNTRY ROADS – MARC ROBERTS
In 1997 MARC ROBERTS represented IRELAND at the Eurovision song contest. He performed a song called MYSTERIOUS WOMAN and reached the second position behind Katrina and the waves. Marc recorded a CD with JOHN DENVER songs and we are featuring one of them, TAKE ME HOME COUNTRY ROADS
LET IT BE ME – JAN JOHANSEN & JILL JOHNSON
JAN JOHANSEN (who represented Sweden at the 1995 Eurovision song contest) and JILL JOHNSON (who represented Sweden at the 1998 Eurovision song contest) teamed up to cover a song composed by Gilbert Becaud LET IT BE ME. Jan and Jill sing it in English. It is the 12 song in our project where we highlight Eurovision stars covering well-known NON EUROVISION songs.
CURA ZA SVE – MAJA BLAGDAN
The 10th song in our project where we look at Eurovision stars covering NON EUROVISION songs. MAJA BLAGDAN, who represented CROATIA at the 1996 Eurovision song contest with SVETA LJUBAV, covered the well known song THE SHOOP SHOOP SONG (IT’S IN HIS KISS), a song also covered by Cher. Maja’s cover is called CURA ZA SVE.
