INTRODUCTION

The Eurovision song contest is exactly what it says, A SONG CONTEST. However, more and more, all the emphasis falls on the performers and the composers play second fiddle. ESC Covers will try to look at the majority of Eurovision composers and show you just what a wide variety of songs they have composed. As you can imagine, this is an enormous task and not something that can be done overnight. We will start with the most prominent composers: Ralph Siegel, Bernd Meinunger and the ABBA guys, Bjorn and Benny are the ones identified for first attention.
