I SEE A STAR, the 1974 Eurovision entry from the Netherlands was covered in Norwegian as OSLO by Gro Anita Schonn & Stein Ingebrigtsen.
EUROVISION COVER – KUN MED DIG (English)
In 1996 the Danish entry KUN MED DIG by Dorthe Andersen & Martin Loft did to qualify to go to Oslo, but Michael learns to rock recorded in English and had a worldwide hit with PAINT MY LOVE.

Next up we have GINA G and her song OOH AAH … JUST A LITTLE BIT, the entry for the United Kingdom in 1996.
I was in Oslo that year and for me there were so much better entries that I am very surprised this song became such a classic among the fans. originally I was surprised to find this among our top 12 songs but since Gina is Australian and the majority of people voting are Australian, maybe this is not a surprise.
ONE MORE TIME – VINYL SINGLE
With the 2015 Melodifestivalen starting this weekend, I have been listening to music by ONE MORE TIME, one of my favourite groups from Sweden. Pity they never had the same success as ABBA for example. Here is an vinyl single by them which they signed for me during EUROVISION 1996 in Oslo.
