Aisel will sing ‘X My Heart’ for Azerbaijan at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest
Aisel will perform the song X My Heart for Azerbaijan at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest.
The song is composed by Dimitris Kontopoulos and Sandra Bjurman.
Aisel was chosen internally by the broadcaster İctimai tv.

Azerbaijan select Aisel Mammadova to sing at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest
Aisel Mammadova has been selected to represent Azerbaijan at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal in May next year. Once again Ictimai tv decided to go with an internal selection.
The song will be selected at a later date. In the meantime you can see Aisel perform at a jubilee concert of Sofii Rotaru below.

Dilara releases her version of ‘Chantaje’ by Shakira feat. Maluma
Dilara has just released a cover of a song by Shakira feat. Maluma entitled Chantaje (Blackmail). The pianist on the track is Camal Gurbanov and cello is Emin Qaliyev.
She has recorded a summer video to accompany the track. The videographer is Roman Minayev.
Dilara Kazimova represented Azerbaijan at the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest with her song Start The Fire.

Samra returns to play some ‘Badminton’
Samra is back with her brand new song entitled Badminton. It has a cool electronic rhythm and sexy r’n’b vibe and is good for the dancefloors. The words and music are by Boqdan and is produced by Ilaha (Ilhama) Bakhshiyeva. The arrangement is by Xalis Xan.
The official video for Badminton includes some great dancing revolving around the theme of the sport badminton. The director is Ali Farhad and stylist is Ilaha (Ilhama) Bakhshiyeva. Hair and makeup is by Elnur Hasanov. The fitness model is Fovgi Efendiyev and the choreography and dance is by Leyli Mishina (Alarm dance crew).
Samra represented Azerbaijan at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with Miracle.
