Officially Conchita released her album in the UK on the 18th May 2015 but she recently came back to the UK for an album relaunch. Fopp, the music chain now owned by HMV, hosted a signing for fans in their Covent Garden store in London on the 16th of October. 100 lucky fans stood in a queue to get the chance to meet and get items signed by the 2014 Eurovision winner with Rise Like a Phoenix.
She was lovely and spent time with each of her fans speaking to them and actually listening to what they were saying. Conchita seemed so humbled by her UK fans and was very pleased to see so many to come out and see her.
It was a great evening and I’m sure one that many of us won’t forget anytime soon.
