“My name is Chisinau and making new friends all the time is my favourite thing in the whole Song Contest! As Eurovision Land’s flower girl, i love gardening, planting flowers and sharing them to others(after school) and spending time with my friends… and by mean friends, it means that i know everyfriend around town!

And speaking of Kyiv… Eurettefriend, she’s nice and friendly (Everyfriend i know are friendly as well)! My Eurovision debut was in her country 12 years ago and it was a fresh start in bloom! Right now, i can enjoy my nf and see who’s my next Eurostar(s) in the upcoming Contest!”- By Chisinau Lil Eurettefriend

“I’m Kyiv Eurettefriend, and finally the country that i represent and gave Ruslana and Jamala the glory of winning Eurovision and the right to host it is choosing its Eurostar. I’m thankful for that, and i was busy doing lots of things to keep all the other Eurofriends happy! And how i’m doing this? With a cup of my famous homemade tea, of course! And for me, everyday is a tea party, literally!
By the song Contest! I’m so esc-cited to see how my country is having a national final. And finally, i can find out who’s defending the host country this year! Please, enjoy the show.” – By Kyiv Eurettefriend
Next up in our series of questions with no right or wrong answers, we take a look at Slovenia where there was high drama last night. Omar was selected to return to Eurovision for Slovenia in the same city where he was in 2005. But Katja who is from Slovenia informed us that someone in the selection called Tim Kores said he would run naked around major town squares in Slovenia should be win. We had one member of Romanian group HOTEL FM promised the same thing during a press conference in Dusseldorf should they win. Do you think any of this will actually happen if they indeed win or is it just a saying to get attention and hope people vote for them?
R S G, a radio station in South Africa. played this afternoon a cover of a Eurovision song. The original song is YOU of Robin Stjernberg, the Swedish Eurovision entry of 2013. The cover is also called YOU and is sung by DANIEL BARON and the group ADAM. The song can be found on the 2015 CD called YOUNG AND WILD. It is another cover added to the growing list of Euro covers by South African artists – pity it is in the same language as the original.

Having just watched the postcards to the entries in the Moldovan selection, our question today in our series with no right or wrong answers is – HOW DO YOU FEEL OVER POSTCARDS in Eurovision – do you love them or just tolerate them as a way to clear the stage from one act to the next. If you want, you can report on one of the best postcards you have witnessed.
I have now listened to the 7 songs, the one minute we are allowed
Here are my first impressions
7th place
ALICE – RUNNING WITH LIONS
Unless she is running on stage with some lions, this will make no impression
6th place
JON HENRIK FJALLGREN featuring ANINIA – EN VARLD FULL AV STRIDER
Not bad and it is sung in Swedish, but I feel the two singers do not compliment each other well enough
5th place
LOREEN – STATEMENTS
Sorry I cannot make statements like WOW or FANTASTIC – this is fairly average
4th place
AXEL SCHYLSTROM – NAR INGEN SER
Another song in Swedish – will scrap through to Second chance
3rd place
SARA VARGA & JUHA MULARIS – DU FAR INTE ANDRA PA MIG
These two do compliment each other. It is also another song in Swedish. It is quite good
2nd place
LES GORDONS – BOUND TO FALL
This is really nice and I hope it goes direct to the final
1st place
WIKTORIA – AS I LAY ME DOWN
Not the most easy title but such a catchy little pop song. This is my pick to win this semi final
