SWEDEN PICKS TONIGHT THEIR 2023 EUROVISION ENTRY

Norbert from ESC Dublin to Amsterdam reports that Sweden is picking its 2023 Eurovision entry tonight.

Tonight is the final of Melodifestivalen 2023 in Sweden. Twelve songs are in the final, including Loreen who already won the Eurovision Song Contest for Sweden in 2012. The singer is by far a favorite with the bookmakers, followed by the duo Marcus & Martinus who is from Norway. The winner of Melodifestivalen is determined by televoting (50%) and international juries. This year’s international juries are from: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Germany, Latvia, Malta and Spain.
