The local broadcaster RTCG internally selected Highway to represent Montenegro at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. Now their song and video have been official presented. The song is called The Real Thing and is a mashed up rock song.
The Real Thing is composed by Skansi, Luka Vojvodić and Maro Market.

The Netherlands have revealed their entry for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest by Douwe Bob. It is entitled Slow Down and is a mid-tempo country/pop song. The official video has also been released.
The local broadcaster AVROTROS internally selected Douwe Bob to be the Dutch representative in Stockholm in May. Slow Down was composed by Douwe Bob, Jan Peter Hoekstra, Jeroen Overman and Matthijs van Duijvenbode.

ManuElla will perform Blue And Red for Slovenia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden in May after winning the EMA competition. She has just performed an acoustic version of the song on Radio 1 Slovenia.

The climax of the 2016 Rising Star competition has seen Hovi Star confirmed as the winning act and he will represent Israel at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Stockholm, Sweden in May with his song Made Of Stars. Hovi was up against three other acts in the final.
The acts and songs in the final were –
Made Of Stars was performed by Hovi Star and also Nofar Salman but in different arrangements. The voting was decided by viewers by using a special mobile app. Hovi received 69% of the votes.

Australia will be represented by Dami Im at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden. The announcement was made at the Sydney Opera House at the Conchita: From Vienna with Love show by Conchita Wurst (ESC Austria 2014 winner) and last year’s Australian Eurovision entrant, Guy Sebastian.
Dami was born in South Korea and moved to Australia when she was young child. In 2013 she won the Australian X Factor competition.
The song for Dami will be announced in the next couple of weeks by the broadcaster SBS.

The song for Iveta Mukuchyan for Armenia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest has been revealed. The song is called LoveWave and is composed by Lilith Navasardyan, Levon Navasardyan, Iveta Mukuchyan and Stephanie Crutchfield.
The local broadcaster AMPTV internally selected Iveta to sing their entry at Eurovision in Stockholm.

France have decided that Amir will represent them at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in Sweden in May. The local broadcaster,France 2, revealed the news today after recent speculation.
Amir will sing J’ai cherché (I sought). The song is currently a hit in France. He will officially premier the song for Eurovision on The DiCaire Show on 12 March.

The local broadcaster, HRT, have announced that Nina Kraljić will represent Croatia at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest in May in Stockholm. An internal selection was made.
Nina won The Voice of Croatia competition in 2015 and is highly regarded by public in her home country.
The song that Nina will sing at Eurovision will be revealed on 9 March by HRT.

The official music video has been released for the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest entry from Cyprus. The rock band Minus One will perform Alter Ego. The song is composed by legendary Swedish writer Thomas G:Son with Minus One. The first play of the video was broadcast on CyBC news.
Alter Ego is a pop/rock song with a strong production. The video includes a wolf (whose name is Ares). Jamala has won the Ukrainian national selection with her song 1944 and will represent them at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest. She won a close final after beating The Hardkiss by collecting the most televotes (both acts had the same number of points after the voting from the jury and televoting).
The six acts in the final were –

4. Jamala – 1944
