Klesta Qehaja wins silver medal at Wcopa Championship in USA

Klesta Qehaja has had a big success by winning the silver medal award at the Wcopa: World Championship of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, USA. She won the award in the Vocal Contemporary 11-12 category. Klesta was representing Kosovo at this special event.

Klesta charmed many fans and press when she represented Albania at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta with Besoj.

You can see a recent performance of Klesta singing My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion, accompanied just by a piano, and let us also remind you of her Junior Eurovision performance of Besoj and how she has grown and matured even more in just three years.

One of the big successes at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest was by Tamara Todevska for North Macedonia. The song, Proud, won the jury vote and finished overall in seventh position.

Listen to the unique sound of Duo Voche

Duo Voche are a charming and unique twosome who perform a unique and variety of music and violin arrangements at events such as concerts, important ceremonies and cocktail parties.

Enalda Shehu and  Arbëreshë Ademi are Duo Voche. Enalda is from Albania and  Arbëreshë is from Kosovo. Their shows include different styles of music from pop, rock, classical and old Albanian music.

The girls recently appeared on Televizioni Koha – Tetovë, FYR Macedonia, where they were interviewed and talked about their music and showed videos of concerts they performed at. Due Voche also performed in the studio.

Daorsa Sopa has success at the 2018 Angel Voice festival in Serbia

Daorsa Sopa is just 9 years old. She has just had success at the 2018 Angel Voice – Belgrade International Music Festival in Serbia.

Daorsa is from Kosovo and she won the Special Prize for total presentation of an original song. The song title was Bota imagjinare (Imaginary world) composed by her father, Jeton Sopa. She performed this in the second round of competition.

In the first phase Daorsa sang Homesick by Dua Lipa.

Watch out for Daorsa Sopa – a new talent from Albania / Kosovo region

A talented young girl to watch out for from the Albania / Kosovo region is Daorsa Sopa. She is just nine years old and is from Ferisaj in Kosovo. Daorsa has already had much success for such a young age.

Daorsa appeared recently in the Bled Golden Microphone competition in Slovenia. There were two rounds of competitions in the XXS category up to the teen years and the songs she performed were November by Arilena Ara and Homesick by Dua Lipa.

Daorsa also took part in The Voice Kids Albania and she has received a lot of attention from radio in Albania and Kosovo and abroad and to take part in festivals in other countries such as Ukraine, Romania, Spain and Croatia.

Besides singing Daorsa is a talented pupil at music school where she studies piano and singing and she can some guitar too. She can already speak good English and a little Spanish.

Daorsa is hoping to compete in the Albania Junior Eurovision selection this year. We will see what happens with this in the near future.
