Filip Kirkorov was presented with a cd of Moldova ESC 2018 covered in the Afrikaans/Spanish languages.
The bi-lingual version is by Cole van dais & Pieter Kotze and is called Onder die sterre en die maan (Under the stars and the moon).

For the first time there is a new festival in Baku, Azerbaijan featuring many Russian and Azeri singers including many acts from Eurovision. It was a two day event held at the Sea Breeze recreation centre. The organisers of the event were international recording artists from Azerbaijan, Emin (he performed during the interval at the Eurovision final in Baku in 2012), Grigory Leps and Sergey Kozhevnikov (both stars from Russia).
Amongst the acts to grace the Zhara Fest stage were Polina Gagarina (2015 ESC Russia), Ani Lorak (2008 ESC Ukraine), Alexey Vorobyov (2011 ESC Russia), Tomas N’Evergreen (2010 ESC Denmark), Svetlana Laboda (2009 ESC Ukraine), Filip Kirkorov (1995 ESC Russia) and Samra (2016 ESC Azerbaijan).
