This year we celebrate 70 years of EUROVISION. ESC Covers will pick 70 Eurovision songs but we will not publish the original as those songs are well known. Instead we will pick a cover, in various languages and by various singers. There is no order, it is just as they come into our minds. One song per day will be posted.

Day 50 is song  50 and it is the 1997 Eurovision winner LOVE SHINE A LIGHT by KATRINA & THE WAVES for the UNITED KINGDOM.

We have picked a cover by a female singer HEIDI KYRO from Finland. It is called PAIVANVALOON and it is sung in Finnish.
