The 28 songs in contention for the 2018 Moldovan national selection have been released.

There will be a live audition where 14 songs will make it to the grand final.

The song causing some reaction right now in the media is by DoDeRos. The man behind the song is Philipp Kirkorov (1995 ESC Russia) and many other songs from Eurovision from Russia, Ukraine and Belarus, etc.

Armenia: Third set of songs from Depi Evratesil released

The third set of songs from the 2018 Depi Evratesil have been released the broadcaster AMPTV.

The acts are Mger Armenia, Arman Mesropyan, Asmik Shiroyan, Zhanna Davtyan, Gevorg Harutyunyan.

First and second set of Armenian songs released for 2018 Depi Evratesil selection

Armenia have announced and released the first and second batch of songs for the 2018 Depi Evratesil national selection.

Tamar Kaprelian, Amaliya Margaryan, Nemra, Hayk Kasparov, Suren Poghosyan were released on 15 January.

Sevak Khanagyan, Kamil Show, Angel, AlternatiV, Tyom were released today 16 January.

The next batch of songs will be announced tomorrow 17 January.

Ukraine: 18 acts announced for national selection

Ukraine have announced the 18 acts that will compete in the national selection over two semi-finals and the final and the theme of the shows will be Celebrating Diversity.

All the acts have wrote their owns songs this year.

Amongst the returning acts is Tayanna, who finished in second place in the national selection in 2017.

Norway: Melodi Grand Prix 2018 finalists announced

The local broadcaster, NRK, in Norway have announced the 10 finalists for the 2018 Melodi Grand Prix. Some familiar names are in the line up including the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest winner for Norway, Alexander Rybak. Also, back is Stella Mwangi (this time as part of a duet) from 2011.
