Anna Trincher duetted with her mentor Jamala (winner of the 2016 Eurovision with 1944) in the final of Golos Krainy (The Voice of Ukraine- season 8). Together they performed Crazy In Love by Beyoncé.

Anna gave a confident and assured performance on the stage as she sang with all her heart and soul. She also performed on her own the Christina Aguilera hit Candyman.

Anna eventually finished in third place but she has come a long way since representing Ukraine at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. I am sure she has big future ahead of her in the entertainment business where she has already released several top music videos and hits and acted in a top teen drama.

The winner of The Voice of Ukraine 2018 was Olena Lutsenko.

George Michaelides & Antonia Roumelioti have made it to the grand final of Ellada Eheis Talento (Greece Got Talent). They have consistently impressed the judges and the public with the outstanding dance performances.

The final is tomorrow (Thursday 21 December) and will be on SKAI tv in Greece at 20:00 (CET).

George represented Cyprus at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta with his song Dance Floor.

Donny Montell to represent Lithuania at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with ‘I’ve Been Waiting For This Night’

Donny Montell will return to the Eurovision stage in 2016 as he has won the 2016 Eurovizija in Lithuania. The winning song is I’ve Been Waiting For This Night. The six acts in the final were –

1. Ruslanas Kirilkinas In My World
2. Ieva Zasimauskaitė Life (Not That Beautiful)
3. Aistė Pilvelytė You Bet
4. Erica Jennings Leading Me Home
5. Rūta Ščiogolevaitė United
6. Donny Montell I’ve Been Waiting for This Night

Voting was a combination of expert jury and televoting.

Lidia Isac to represent Moldova at the 2016 Eurovision Song Contest with ‘Falling Stars’

Moldova has decided and Lidia Isac has won the 2016 O melodie pentru Europa with her song Falling Stars. 16 acts performed in the grand final and they were –

  4. Lidia Isac – Falling Stars
  5. Big Flash Sound – Când vrei
  6. Che-MD – Vodă e cu noi

  8. Cristina Pintilie – Picture Of Love
  9. Nadia Moşneagu – Memories
  10. Rodica şi Ivan Aculov – Stop Lying

With a combination of televoting and expert jury Lidia Isac took the crown and will fly the Moldovan flag in Stockholm, Sweden in May. The team behind Lidia’s song are the same as worked with Polina Gagarina and her entry for Russia in 2015, A Million Voices. You can see Lidia perform her winning song below.
