South Africa: Listen to Afrikaans covers of two Malta Eurovision songs
Two Maltese Eurovision songs have been covered by South African artists. They have been recorded in the Afrikaans language.
Steven Sterling has recorded My Droom (My Dream – 2010 ESC Malta – Thea Garrett) and Tobi Jooste has recorded Engel (Angel – 2005 ESC Malta – Chiara).
You can see the video for Engel below. It has a black and white vintage type effect. You can also hear My Droom below.

SPECIAL CD FOR VIENNA
We have another special CD for Vienna. It is called ICELAND IDOLS and it feature Icelandic euro songs covered in South Africa. The CD was a once off copy in Copenhagen but I had requests for more so a limited amount have been done and will be available in Vienna. Thanks again to R O W member Gerry of the USA for doing such a beautiful cover.

We are now at song 9, which comes from ICELAND, their 2004 entry HEAVEN sang by Jonsi. The Afrikaans cover is called KAAPSTAD (Cape Town) and is sung by Tobi Jooste
