MY LUCKY DAY – DoReDoS (Moldova 2018)
Recently we finished with our Top 100 which were compiled from the top 10’s of 103 people. Now for about 2 weeks, Roy of ESC Covers will do his top 20 of Eurovision songs he would have liked in the top 100 but they did not make it.
On a side note, a big thank you to Carolina of Peru who drew the beautiful Johannesburg Eurofriend, which we use as the featured image.
DoReDoS are back with another new song ‘Leagănul Dorului Meu’
DoReDoS are back with another new release entitled Leagănul Dorului Meu (The cradle of my longing). It is a charming ballad pop song about the beauty of their country, Moldova, and hills and rivers with clear waters, beautiful monasteries and churches.
Leagănul Dorului Meu is composed by Sergiu Mita, Eugeniu Andrianov and Andrei Porubin.
The music video shows DoReDoS sharing the beauty of the nature of the countryside in Moldova.
DoReDoS are Marina Djundyet, Eugeniu Andrianov and Sergiu Mîța. Together they represented Moldova at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal with My Lucky Day.

COVER2COVER PROMOTIONAL PLATFORM
Since Monday 28 September, the ESC COVERS website (with our partners Eurovision coverage, EuroVisionMusic, Destination Eurovision and the radio station x5 stereo) started promoting the COVER2COVER concept. It is not a competition anymore but a promotion platform and hopefully South African artists will send covers to us. The 3 entries we received, Helena, Anton and Marle, will be carried over to the coverage. Victor Bush is once again our model and he will be holding promo items, CD’s and bags of some of the entries from the Eurovision song contest. The forth one is of MOLDOVA 2018, MY LUCKY DAY of DoReDoS with a promo CD package and bag. Cole van Dais and Pieter Kotze also covered My lucky day in a combination of Spanish and Afrikaans. We just reported yesterday on a brand new song and video from DoReDoS.
DoReDoS release new single ‘Dragostea la doi’ / ‘Pro Lyubov’
DoReDoS have returned with a brand new single entitled Dragostea la doi (Love to two). It is an upbeat and fun summer track with a strong and catchy beat.
Dragostea la doi is composed by Sandu Gorgos (Music) and Alina Dabija (Romanian lyrics).
Besides the Moldovan/Romanian version the song has been released in the Russian language. The Russian lyrics for Pro Lyubov (About love) are by Marina Djundyet.
DoReDoS are Marina Djundyet, Eugeniu Andrianov and Sergiu Mîța. They represented Moldova at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with My Lucky Day.

DoReDos release new song ‘Shokolad’
DoReDos, the trio from Moldova, who represented that country at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon with My Lucky Day, have a new song and video out. It is entitled Shokolad (Chocolate).
Shokolad is composed by Eugeniu Andrianov and Marina Djundyet from the band. The track is available to buy or stream from most digital platforms.

DoReDos release ‘Moy schastlivyy den’ – Russian version of ‘My Lucky Day
DoReDos will soon represent Moldova at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with My Lucky Day. Now the band have released a Russian version of the song entitled Moy schastlivyy den.

DoReDos have been selected to represent Moldova at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with their song My Lucky Day. They won the 2018 O melodie pentru Europa national selection beating off another 15 songs.
