Kejsi Tola wins Jon Music Production award at the 2018 Kenga Magjike festival

Kejsi Tola has had success at the 2018 Kenga Magjike festival where she has won the Jon Music Production award with her song Me ke mua (You have me).

Me ke mua is good song with a strong rhythm and, of course, a very good production.

Kejsi has had a great 2018. She had a massive summer hit with U Rritem. The song has nearly 2 million views on YouTube.

Carry Me In Your Dreams was Kejsi’s song from the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest, where she represented Albania. It is still a massive fan favourite.

Inis Neziri & Flori Nazifi win the Best Duet prize at 2018 Kenga Magjike

Inis Neziri & Flori Nazifi have won the Best Duet award at the 2018 Kenga Magjike festival in Albania with the beautiful ballad Fli ne krahet e mi. Congratulations to Inis & Flori on their well deserved achievement.

Inis has had a very successful year in 2018 including her wonderful Grand Prix win at the Cerbul de Aur – Golden Stag festival in Romania. Also, won an award at the Tra La La competition in FYR Macedonia and, of course, she achieved much respect and praise for her song Piedestal from the Festivali i Këngës #56 Eurovision selection in Albania.

Inis Neziri & Flori Nazifi have recorded a beautiful duet and performed it at the 2018 Kenga Magjike festival in Albania. The song is called Fli ne krahet e mi. It is a delightful and stripped back ballad with an arrangement of piano and some strings sung with emotion and charm. The song is composed by Elgit Doda Teksti, Klea Huta and Alban Kondi

The voices of Inis and Flori together blend very well. Inis has an incredible voice filled with soul and passion. She has had an incredible year including winning the grand prix at the Cerbul de Aur – Golden Stag competition in Romania and also success at the Tra La La festival in FYR Macedonia. Of course, Inis also won much acclaim at the Festivali i Këngës #56 with the enchanting Piedestal.

Inis Neziri & Flori Nazifi will sing a duet at the 2018 Kenga Magjike festival. The song will be revealed on Sunday 11 November at 16:00 CET on TV Klan channel in Albania

Inis is fresh from her recent success at the Cerbul de Aur – Golden Stag competition in Romania where she took the top prize. She performed the Romanian song Dau Viața Mea Pentru O Iubire by Monica Anghel and her beautiful and popular Festivali i Këngës #56 song Piedestal.

Albania: Mishela Rapo feat. Ergys Shahu perform ‘Dashni e rralle’ at the 2018 Kenga Magjike

Mishela Rapo feat. Ergys Shahu performed a beautiful duet song entitled Dashni e rralle (You love it) in the 2018 Kenga Magjike. The song is happy and upbeat with some Balkan overtones and brings some positive energy.

Dashni e rralle is composed by Anxhelo Koci with lyrics by Endrit Mumajesi and Ergys Shahu. The arrangement is by Alsked Rrenja.

Mishela and Ergys are accompanied on stage by four musicians – two violinists, a guitarist and a saxophone player.

Mishela represented Albania at the 2015 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with her song Dambaje.

Kejsi Tola releases beautiful acoustic version of her summer hit ‘U Rritem’

Kejsi Tola has just released a beautiful and gentle acoustic version of her big summer hit, U Rritem (I grew up). This version has been stripped back it has a unique charm and showcases Kejsi’s crystal clear vocals.

The video clip for the acoustic version of U Rritem is filmed on a rooftop building and Kejsi is accompanied by guitarists Denis Hima and Bilma Piranaj and percussionist and Cajun player, Besjan Herri.

U Rritem has been a big summer smash hit in Albania and beyond with over 1.5 million views on YouTube. The song was composed by Flori Mumajesi.

Kejsi represented Albania at the 2009 Eurovision Song Contest with a fan favourite Carry Me In Your Dreams.

Albania: Efi Gjika releases the official video clip of ‘Barbie’

Efi Gjika was recently selected to represent Albania at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Now the official video clip of her song, Barbie, has been released.

The video looks like great fun for Efi and her friends. It begins as she wakes up and she looks at her collection of Barbie dolls.  It is a fun packed video involving lots of toys and friends and dancing.

Barbie is an upbeat dance song with a strong beat. Really fun to dance to.

Efi will sing Barbie, representing Albania in Minsk, Belarus on 25 November.

Focus on Ana Kodra and her song ‘Prindër ju lutem’

Ana Kodra recently took part in the 2018 Junior Fest (Junior Eurovision national selection) in Albania. Her song was entitled Prindër ju lutem (Parents please).

Ana did not win this time but she can be proud of an amazing performance where her vocals were powerful and crystal clear.

Prindër ju lutem is a very powerful song with a beautiful musical arrangement and sung with lots of emotion by Ana. The song is composed by Eriona Rushiti.

Ana represented Albania at the 2017 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Don’t Touch My Tree.

Efi Gjika will represent Albania at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with ‘Barby’

Efi Gjika won the 2018 Junior Fest Albania and will represent her country at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Belarus in November with the song, Barby.

16 acts took part in the show including last year’s representative, Ana Kodra. There was also the song Panorama by Era Rakipllai was composed by Mishela Rapo, who represented Albania at the 2015 Junior Eurovision.
