The South African website ESC COVERS will from today look at the Norwegian Eurovision entries from 1981 to 2025.

In 1981 FINN KALVIK represented Norway at the Eurovision song contest with ALDRI I LIVET. I was devastated when this came last with no points. I got the vinyl single at POLYDOR South Africa. It is the German pressing. They got it from their German office and they decided not to release it in South Africa and asked me if I wanted the single. I of course said yes. The actual A-side is the English version HERE IN MY HEART with ALDRI I LIVET, the Norwegian entry on the B-side. This song is also my number 1 song that got zero points.
