Ieva Zasimauskaitė will represent Lithuania at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with ‘When We’re Old’

Ieva Zasimauskaitė has won the national selection in Lithuania and will therefore represent them at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with the song When We’re Old.

The six finalists were –

  • Ieva Zasimauskaitė – When We’re Old
  • Jurgis Brūzga – 4Love
  • Kotryna Juodzevičiūtė – That Girl
  • Monika Marija – The Truth
  • Paula – 1 2 3
  • The Roop – Yes, I Do

Alexander Rybak returns to the Eurovision for Norway with ‘That’s How You Write A Song’

The winner of the 2009 Eurovision, Alexander Rybak, will be back for the 2018 contest. He has won the 2018 Melodi Grand Prix and will represent Norway once again. The song is called That’s How You Write A Song.

The finalists in Norway were –

  • Aleksander Walmann – Talk To The Hand
  • Ida Maria – Scandilove
  • Nicoline – Light Me Up
  • Tom Hugo – I Like I Like I Like
  • Charla K – Stop The Music

  • Vidar Villa – Moren din
  • Rebecca – Who We Are
  • Alexander Rybak – That’s How You Write A Song

Benjamin Ingrosso has won the Melodifestivalen and will therefore represent Sweden at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest with his song Dance You Off.

12 acts took to the stage in the Friends Arena –

  • John Lundvik – My Turn
  • Jessica Andersson – Party Voice

  • Margaret – In My Cabana
  • Benjamin Ingrosso – Dance You Off
  • Rolandz – Fuldans

Voting was a combination of international jury and public voting.

Jessica Mauboy will sing #We Got Love for Australia at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest in Lisbon, Portugal in May. The song is composed by DNA (David Musumeci and Anthony Egizii) with Jessica herself.

Jessica has been on the Eurovision stage before as part of an Australian themed interval act in the 2014 Eurovision in Denmark.
