NORWAY got a record breaking 18 gold medals at the 2026 Winter Olympics in Milano-Cortina. To celebrate this feat, ESC Covers will highlight for 18 days Norwegian  Eurovision entries and selection songs that are favourites from ESC Covers.

The third song is the 1989 Eurovision selection song VINGER OVER EUROPA by RUNE RUDBERG. Although this did not win the Norwegian selection that year, the song became a big hit in Norway. .
