Klesta Qehaja has had a big success by winning the silver medal award at the Wcopa: World Championship of Performing Arts in Los Angeles, USA. She won the award in the Vocal Contemporary 11-12 category. Klesta was representing Kosovo at this special event.
Klesta charmed many fans and press when she represented Albania at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta with Besoj.

Sofia Fisenko has released a brand new single and music video for the song Kolokola (Bells).
Kolokola is a pop song with some ethnic overtones and a strong production.
The music video for Kolokola is beautifully filmed with Sofia spending much time in the countryside in the lake and walking through a field of delightful flowers.
Sofia was a member of the Water Of Life Project that represented Russia at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta with Water Of Life.
Fiamma Boccia & Edoardo Ballerini performed Si dolce è’l tormento (It’s sweet is the torment) at a special event in Salone dei Cinquecento, Palazzo Vecchio, Florence. It was memory of the Via dei Georgofili massacre.
Si dolce è’l tormento is the classical piece by Claudio Monteverdi.
Fiamma was the talented singer who represented Italy at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with Cara Mamma.

Mariam Mamadashvili charmed a lot of people when she won the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest for Georgia with the beautiful song, Mzeo. Her powerful and crystal clear vocals won the hearts of the judges and public in Malta and around the world.
So, what is Mariam up to these days? Well she is currently residing in the USA and is studying at the Broadway Method Academy.
Earlier this year Mariam performed in a Broadway production of the popular musical, Annie, where she played the character, Daffy. For those of us who remember Mariam singing Mzeo, a lot of us imagined her to go on and perform in musicals and this was a great experience for her performing and learning from some of the best Broadway stars.
Most recently Mariam audition for a part in the musical Xanadu, and she has been chosen to play the lead role of Kira. She is currently very busy with rehearsals. She even has to dance and sing whilst on roller skates. Certainly a big challenge but I am sure Mariam will ‘nail it’. Xanadu will run on 10, 11, 12 May.
Mariam will perform on 6 May at a classical music evening in New York City. The classical Italian artist, Alessandro Benigni will play the piano for Mariam. So, she is showing much versatility with her singing (show music, pop and classical).
Mariam also auditioned to take part in the HBO Movie, The Plot Against America. She was chosen for a small role. It is going to be big production, so, she is really excited to be taking part in this project too.
As you can see Mariam is a very busy girl and of course she has to do her important school studies along side her singing and acting. She is doing a great job. Good luck to Mariam. I am sure we will be hearing a lot more of her in the near future.

Martija Stanojković recently made a lovely photoshoot that showcases her charm and beauty. The photoshoot was by Kristijan Teodorov for Melem Production.

George Michaelides represented Cyprus at the 2018 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with the hypnotic hit Dance Floor. George was accompanied by an amazing dance team on stage including Mia Michaelides and Nikoletta Antoniou and also Georgina Moakler and Emily Christodoulou.
George, Mia and Nikoletta and Georgina are part of the the Young Stars Theatre & Performance Arts School and have just had a big success at the International Dance Festival – Aphrodite Cup 2018.
Competitions took place at the King Evelthon Hotel in Paphos, Cyprus.
George won in the Contemporary solo category and was in the same group as Nikoletta and Mia, who won the Hip Hop duet section, and George was in the same two groups as Nikoletta that also won.
Congratulations also to Nikoletta who won first place in the Jazz Solo category, Hip Hop group and Senior Jazz group.
Georgina was part of the group dances and also enjoyed the great successes. Emily was also part of a winning routine.
It is good to see George, Mia and Nikoletta and also Georgina and Emily and the rest of the team doing so well with their dancing. I am sure we can expect a lot more of their amazing dancing and also singing in the future.
Martija has released a brand new single entitled Next To Me. It has a cool r’n’b vibe and Martija shows an edginess and maturity as an artist with her vocals and style (and all this at just still 14 years old).
Next To Me is composed by American songwriters Jeff Gueritey, Josh Glazer, Alyjah Jade and Earl Cohen and it has a classy and smooth production by Earl Cohen for ECPproductions with J Glaze.
In the official video clip Martija expresses her impressive dance moves with her team of dancers. The choreography is by Bojana Dodevska (Dance Team Fusion). The video is directed and edited by Ognen Shapkovski and the director of photograph is Andrej Lembanov.
