DARA won the the hearts of Europe and Australia with her breathtaking win for Bulgaria with Bangaranga at the 2026 Eurovision Song Contest.

Bangaranga won both the jury and public vote at Eurovision for the first time since 2017. The voting was very exciting and finally it came down to a straight choice between Bulgaria and Israel. There was a huge eruption of joy and excitement when Bulgaria finally shot to the top to take the honours!!

Bangaranga is composed by Darina Yotova, Anne Judith Wik, Cristian Tarcea and Dimitris Kontopoulos.

DARA has taken a long journey to this magnificent success. She participated in the Natsionalnata Selektsiya national selection in Bulgaria over three separate shows firstly with 15 acts and then 8 participants. Then DARA was the sole finalist in a special selection of three songs where Bangaranga was a runaway winner.

DARA is already a massive star in Bulgaria and now she is about to set the world on fire…..all we can say is Bangaranga….and congratulations!!
