This year we celebrate 70 years of EUROVISION. ESC Covers will pick 70 Eurovision songs but we will not publish the original as those songs are well known. Instead we will pick a cover, in various languages and by various singers. There is no order, it is just as they come into our minds. One song per day will be posted.

Day 45 is song  45 and it is the 1993 Eurovision entry MAMA CORSICA by PATRICK FIORI for FRANCE.

We have picked a cover by a male singer STEVEN STERLING from South Africa. It is called MAMA AFRIKA and is sung in Afrikaans.
