Canada will participate in the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest

Canada will take part for the first time in the 2027 Eurovision Song Contest.

CBC/Radio-Canada are now full members of the European Broadcasting Union (EBU). The announcement comes on Canada Day, a national holiday of Canada.

Over the years there have been several Canadian singers at Eurovision representing other countries – Céline Dion (1988 ESC Switzerland winner), Le Zarra (2023 ESC France), Lara Fabian (1988 ESC Luxembourg), Annie Cotton (1993 ESC Switzerland) and Natasha St-Pier (2001 ESC France).

We look forward with anticipation for the music of Canada at the 2027 Eurovision.
