Melani Garcia has been selected to represent Spain at the 2019 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Poland. Melani was chosen internally by the broadcaster RTVE to represent them after a 13 year absence from the contest.
Melani is 12 years old and is from La Eliana in Valencia, Spain. The announcement of Melani’s participation was broadcast on the ‘A partir de hoy’ tv show.

María Isabel has returned with a brand new single and music video for her song Tu Mirada (Your look). It has an r’n’b and reggaetón vibe.
Tu Mirada is composed by María Isabel López, Yadam González and Elena Medina. The production is by Yadam González in Lemon Tree Entertainment Studios in Miami, USA.
María Isabel won the 2004 Junior Eurovision Song Contest for Spain with Antes Muerta Que Sencilla.

Although Miki Núñez from SPAIN was not able to celebrate victory at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest, he has just released a new song and video called Celébrate.
Celébrate is an upbeat and fun track and in the music video Miki is having fun on a road trip with friends.
Already in just a few hours since the premier of the video clip there are already over 265,000 views.
Miki excited many fans with his party song La Venda in Israel and now they can Celébrate even more.
Miki has won the Operación Triunfo Eurovision Gala with the song La Venda (The blindfold) and will represent Spain at the 2019 Eurovision Song Contest in Israel.

For 2019 any of the 16 selected Operación Triunfo finalists could have been picked to sing a song. There was originally 17 songs. The top three automatically voted for the by the public online voting made it to the final. The broadcaster TVE selected the other seven.
Famous was the overall winner of the 2018 edition of Operación Triunfo.
Amaia returns with a brand new single and video clip for the song Un Nuevo Lugar (A new place). It is a gentle and acoustic flavoured track.
Un Nuevo Lugar was only released a couple of days ago and already has nearly 1.5 million views. Amaia was also a guest on the grand final of Operación Triunfo this week.

We now know the five finalists in the 2018 season of Operación Triunfo in Spain. They are Natalia, Famous, Alba Reche, Sabela and Julia.
Spain will select their 2019 Eurovision song from the OT show. However, for Eurovision Gala there are currently 17 songs in contention including participation by 13 of the original sixteen acts.

The local broadcaster RTVE will internally select seven of 10 songs for the Eurovision Gala final. Three songs will be selected by an online vote beginning on 20 December.
