Here is a brief opinion on the 15 songs competing for a place in the final from semi final 2.

Bulgaria – Awesome and catchy opening song this

Azerbaijan – Delicious melancholy, far too boringly performed

Romania – Getting a little too theatrical perhaps

Luxembourg – Unsteady vocals and overbearing song

Czech Republic – Gloomy and beautiful at the same time indeed

Armenia – Just gets fussy and wheezy

Switzerland – differently and powerfully presented this

Cyprus – Weak vocals, shaky, low-energy performance

Latvia – Mighty and big, but boring

Denmark – A demonstration of power of a performance

Australia – Sparkling and powerful things for sure

Ukraine – Powerful vocals, but boring song

Albania – Powerful vocals, gets too gloomy

Malta – A slightly old-fashioned song, excellently performed

Norway – This was freaking good

I breathed a sigh of relief after Jonas’ performance and believes that the following countries will make it to the finals: Bulgaria, Romania, Czech Republic, Switzerland, Denmark, Australia, Ukraine, Albania, Malta and Norway.
