The 10th country to reveal its voting is SOUTH AFRICA and of the 10 countries this makes up the most voters. There was never any doubt about the top 2, they have more points and the other 8 together.

The 9th country has completed their voting – it is Suriname and no surprise giving their 12 points to the Netherlands.
