Sofia Tarasova represented Ukraine at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with her song We Are One. She has since gone on to much success with popular recordings and videos and appearing in festivals too. She has even performed duets with the former winner of the Eurovision Song Contest for Russia in 2008, Dima Bilan, including a performance at the Childrens New Wave festival in Russia.

Georgia will be represented by Mariam Mamadashvili at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Whilst we await Mariam’s song let us look back at the history of Georgia at the Junior Eurovision.
Georgia first participated in the Junior Eurovision in 2007 with Mariam Romelashvili and Odelia Ranuni and finished in fourth place. They have won the contest twice. First time was in 2008 with Bzikebi and Bzz… Then in 2011 Group Candy took the trophy with Candy Music.
Georgia have participated with many good songs and it is difficult to pick the best. ESC Covers likes Princesses (Lurji prinveli) from 2009, Mariam Kakhelishvili was amazing in 2010 with Mari-Dari, The Smile Shop gave us Give Me Your Smile in 2013 and Lizi Pop charmed us in 2014 with Happy Day and The Virus rocked in 2015 with Gabede. But we will go for the retro disco sounding winner of the 2011 Junior Eurovision and Candy with Candy Music.
Fiamma Boccia, 13 years old, has been selected to represent Italy at the 2016 Junior Eurovision with her song Cara Mamma (Dear Mum). The song was composed by Marco Iardella, Francesco Spadoni, Alessandro Ghironi and Fiamma herself.

Barbara Popović had the honour of singing the Italian national anthem at the 2018 World Cup Qualifying football match between FYR Macedonia and Italy. Barbara told ESC Covers “it was was awesome , I can’t even explain that feeling!!”. It is certainly a wonderful achievement for her. The game finished as a 3-2 win for Italy.
Barbara represented FYR Macedonia at the 2013 Junior Eurovision Song Contest with her song Ohrid i Muzika. She is a very talented singer who can not only sing pop but also opera style.
We look forward to hearing more from Barbara in the near future.
Martija Stanojković has released her entry for FYR Macedonia for the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. The song is titled Love Will Lead The Way. It is an upbeat and happy dance song. It looks like Martija and her dancers had lots of fun making the official video clip.
Martija has had success in the Pinkove Zvezdice competition where she finished in second place. She has a big following on social media including Instagram.

It was in 2015 and the singer was Aimee Banks with her song Réalta na mara (Sea star). The song was performed in the Irish language. You can see Aimee perform the song below.
Sofia Rol will represent Ukraine at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Malta in November. The final version of Planet Craves For Love has been released together with a charming official video clip.
Planet Craves For Love has a nice melody and strong production and Sofia has a beautiful voice to match the song and the message.

Russia will be represented by the Sofia Fisenko & theWater Of Life Project at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Sofia and three girls will perform Water Of Life composed by Sofia Fisenko with Rita Dakota.
Sofia Fisenko was originally selected to sing Zhivaya voda at the national selection held in August of this year. The song has now been totally revamped and Sofia is joined by the three girls of Water Of Life Project.

Alexa Curtis was recently revealed to be the representative of Australia at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Her song and official video have been revealed. The song is entitled We Are. It is a strong and anthemic pop song that will surely do well in Malta.
We Are is composed by Ali Tamposi (she has written songs for the likes of Kelly Clarkson, Beyoncé, One Direction, Demi Lovato and many others) and Tania Doko (who has worked with acts such as Tina Arena, Samantha Jade, Måns Zelmerlöw).
Alexander Minyonok will sing Musyka Moih Pobed (Music is my only way) for Belarus at the 2016 Junior Eurovision Song Contest. Alexander won the national selection and now the final recorded version of the song has been released.
Musyka Moih Pobed has a strong production and is an upbeat dance song that will make the viewers feel in a positive and feel good vibe.
